Essentially, the grandpa core style is a mix of earthy colors, cardigans, knit sweaters, and retro streetwear. It’s what your grandpa would wear but we’re dressing it up a bit to look more modern.

1. Brown Pattern Sweater
A sweater with the type of pattern shown in the picture is the first thing I think of in a grandpa’s closet. So we’re styling it with some brown boots and an earthy colored jean.

For this outfit, we’re combining the modern trench coat with the grandpa-style gray sweater. This contrast of the modern and older style looks great together.

This is another outfit I think truly represents the grandpa core outfit style. Essentially, the goal here is to mix different colors of an earthy brown together. So I love how the dark brown coat matches with the camel color cardigan inside.
